The Total Guided Meditation System 2
The techniques that are used in guided meditation such as taking even
breaths, staying calm and concentrating, are techniques that many people
would like to use throughout the day. The total guided meditation system
is a system that allows participants to use the meditative state of mind
and all its benefits throughout the day. Since guided meditation is proven
to relieve stress and relax the mind, many people who may have to deal
with complex problems or intense situations throughout the day find the
Total guided meditation system a helpful way to stay calm and clear
headed. Most participants in the Total Guided Meditation System have felt
that their quality of life has increased and their number of anger related
problems has decreased.
True concentrating guided meditation sessions should still be performed by
a person for about 20 minutes in the morning and 20 minutes in the
evening. These sessions will allow for the same great benefits of
meditation, such as the clearing of the mind and the calming of the self.
In order to use the Total guided meditation system, however, the
participant must also use the same meditation techniques throughout the
day.
Someone who practices this system of guided meditation is always in
control of his or her emotions and anger. The participant is able to
notice the times he or she is confronted with heightened situations and
can take a deep breath and deal with them in a calm manner. The
participant can use many of the techniques he or she uses in the 20 minute
guided meditation sessions. When faced with a stressful situation, he or
she can repeat a word of phrase that is calming or soothing such as
“harmony.” The person can also use some guided meditation breathing
techniques that are used during meditative exercises. When the meditator
feels anger or stress coming into the body, he or she can take a few deep
breaths with closed eyes. This will bring in the familiar sense of calm
that he or she feels when performing a guided meditation session.
The person practicing the total guided meditation system should also
concentrate on his or her stance and posture while dealing with a
stressful situation. By standing or sitting in a comfortable position with
the spine straight while breathing deeply, he or she will begin to feel
the relaxing effects of the guided meditation. Stress and tension that can
accumulate during the day through dealing with people and different
situations can easily be released in these “mini” guided meditation
sessions.
The total guided meditation system participant never feels overwhelmed or
stressed by a situation. When a feeling of losing control becomes present
in the person, he or she simply follows the techniques of guided
meditation and is able to calm his or her body and mind. The participant
feels more comfortable and more in control of his or her emotions after
taking a brief moment to breath and relax. By releasing stress or
distractions that may build up throughout the day, the participant finds a
clearer and more concentrating mind, ready to take on the daily tasks.
